Which Device for Expanding One Footswitch Input to Use with 2 Pedals

I need to convert one footswitch 1/4" input on a Yamaha CK88 so I can use it for a 1/4" volume/expression pedal and a 1/4" control change pedal for turning pages in Mainstage. Which product do you all recommend? Thanks!

Assuming any sound is going to be produced in software in Mainstage,.then the quattro is what you want. It will support up to 4 pedals. Why do you mention the keyboard?

Thanks! Mentioned the keyboard in case anyone knows of this device not working with it. You never know with Yamaha. They are very proprietary with their pedals!
