2 eDRUMin4's on iOS?
The Novation Audiohub reportedly allows iOS to host up to 3 USB MIDI devices. I'm currently using an eDRUMin4 in standalone into iOS with a MIDI 5-pin and an older USB interface. My theory is, if I find another eDRUMin4, and get the Audiohub alongside it, then the eDRUM software in iOS will recognize and control both. Would this work? Going for this would save me a little money instead of just going for the 10.

Did you get any confirmation is this will work?
I'm. in the same boat, but with macOS. Problem is the Addicative Drums VST doesn't have support for multiple MIDI devices due to it only using one MIDI channel.
Rather just keep the 2 eDrumin4 modules rather than getting the eDrumin 10 whenever that may be.
