New acoustic conversion and custom diy

Hello,

I am converting acoustic drums and DIY-ing my own cymbals and experimental triggers.

I’m going to use the eDRUMin into a laptop or iMac running Superior Drummer 3 and/ or Addictive Drums. I was actually hoping to use my new iPad Pro but I don’t see anything that promising. I may add a 2box module.

I have not decided on drum triggers yet. I am looking at Extreme Drums for duals on toms and for the kick triggers and Pintech center trigger for snare.

I just ordered the eDRUMin. I love that I can use my Ipad / laptop with it and fine tune settings.

I really want as much expression as possible on the snare and hats. Is SD3 better for that?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
