Three footswitch controller - R+T - (MIDI Express iO)

Hello all, I have a TRS footswitch with three switches. In the MIDI Expression app detects R as switch one (left) and T as switch two (right). Is there any way to map R+T (which is the third switch on the controller) to a separate CC#? Currently pressing the third switch (R+T) just triggers both the R and the T CC#s simultaneously. I would like to configure the MIDI Expression iO so that pressing R+T does not trigger their individual CC#s, but instead triggers a third CC# if possible.

Can't be done. The internal memory structures only have room for 2 switches per input.
