Re: eDRUMin 1.1 BETA
The "red" hi-hat pedal curve is now acting exactly how I hoped. It's easier to play a just slightly loose edge and the beginning to open takes a little more pedal up travel. The snare seems to play better even though I haven't re-adjusted it - is that my imagination?
Re: eDRUMin 1.1 BETA
Triggering accuracy in general is improved, so every pad should reap the benefits.
Re: eDRUMin 1.1 BETA
I've found a bug with the hi hat pedal: with the pedal pressed down, after several hits on a snare pad on input 2 the CC output of the pad will fall from 127 to 64 then 0. It definitely isn't a pedal issue as my pedal only has 5 positions none of which output CC val 64. It doesn't seem to happen when hitting the cymbals on the other inputs.
Re: eDRUMin 1.1 BETA
I'll check it out, sounds pretty random though. Are you using positional sensing with your snare?
Re: eDRUMin 1.1 BETA
Is this an issue you are seeing in the UI or something you are seeing in the MIDI from the eDRUMin?
Re: eDRUMin 1.1 BETA
Positional sensing was turned on. Not seeing anything in th UI, using ReaControl in REAPER to view the CC values.
I'll try again with positional sensing turned off.

Re: eDRUMin 1.1 BETA
Sorted. I don't normally use positional sensing but I had enabled it on this release to see if it would work for me (I haven't had good results with my DIY snare previously), it was on the CC channel as the hihat.
Re: eDRUMin 1.1 BETA
The pedal editor is still very confusing to me. Version 1.1.0.9
Here is my setup.
eDRUMin Blue
Hi-hat in input 1
VH-11 controller in controller input
eDRUMin Black
Hi-hat in input 1
VH-11 controller in controller input.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Ensure Auto Select is on
2. Select pedal editor
3. Strike Blue device hi-hat and see the proper device being selected
4. In the pedal editor the Pedal and Splash notes do not appear. In fact I’m not even sure the proper pedal is selected.
Expected results: I feel like if I’m in the pedal editor and I hit a pad that is plugged into the same device has a foot controller the pedal editor should select the proper pedal. I have to click on the pedal button to get the right pedal selected. Or maybe if I work the pedal it auto-selects the proper pedal settings.
5. Strike Black device hi-hat. Again, the pedal does not change over to the pedal plugged into the Black device.
There is just too much room for error here. If you don’t realize the pedals aren’t changing automatically you may end updating the wrong pedal. I’m not sure I’m explaining this well. So I added some pictures.

Possible UI bug... Version 1.1.0.9
My Black device has a 3 zone ride setup as a Roland 3 Zone Cymbal and the red line never goes away no matter which device I click on. In fact as I click on my devices in the UI the pads sometimes don’t update to correspond to the correct pads.

Re: eDRUMin 1.1 BETA
Thanks for reporting the issues. I will take a look at it this weekend.
