I've fixed the installer. Download again and you shouy be able to properly update your firmware.

Installed and it updated the firmware just fine.

Sorry for the delayed response, I hadn't had time to check yet. It did seem to help a little, but still seeing some of the lagging or issues with the position seeming to stop about 2/3 of the way through the full movement and then jumping to the end position after some time.

If you can make a short video of what's happening in the control application that would help me diagnose the issue.

Can you let me know what file extensions will work? I tried as a .mov and .mp4 and both came back as invalid.
