Unable to use flams

Hi this is probably a stupid question but I am struggling to do flams on my snare it's a 14 inch with a clip on trigger with a mesh head , my nitro mesh module worked perfectly for flams but I can't seem to set up the edrumin 10 to get this to work , any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Are you missing the ghost note or the accent? A screen shot of eDRUMin app at the moment of the flam would help.

Flams are going to be affected by your HOLD time and DECAY time. Setting these too controls to relaxed will prevent the eDRUMin from detecting separate hits. Start with a HOLD time around 10 ms. That should be sufficient in most cases.
