I think this is ultimately a non-issue because simply adjusting the rimshot range takes care of the problem--which explains why we're not seeing others complaining of problems. You are right though, you can dial in much more aggressive rimshot range thresholds when auto-select is disabled. I would have thought closing the app would reduce the overall noiselevel, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I'll spend some time this week investigating.

I've just upgraded to 1.6.2.5 and I'm having an issue where side mounted piezo, mesh snare pad profile is sending CC Pan data with every hit. Doesn't happen if I change it to a rubber pad profile.

Confirmed. Crap. I was using that CC to do some debugging and forgot to remove the debugging code.

I’ve noticed since the latest fix a xtalk issue between rimshot and BT1 (sensor mode - xtalk 33) that wasn’t there before. While I’m playing rimshot backbeats about every fourth measure or so a high velocity sidestick (from BT1) is triggered. I have some screenshots I can share later today.
