Sounds like I'm ready to take requests for version 1.7.

any chance for a chilled beer function?
Re: eDRUMin 1.6.2 BETA
Have you thought about a certificate (or whatever) so we don’t get the unknown publisher warning when installing the control app? I know we can just click through it but it would add that touch of professional software.
Re: eDRUMin 1.6.2 BETA
That's a good idea. I thought it's was thousands of dollars a year, bit it's more like $100. I can do that.
Re: eDRUMin 1.6.2 BETA
Updating the ED10 went without a hitch (bypassing the hub, of course) but upon trying to update the ED4, I got this screen. Clicking OK did nothing, clicking Cancel crashed the app. After relaunching the app, it appeared that the ED4 got updated anyway (that is, I'm not seeing the red bang.) Crash report attached.Rob wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 12:47 amFixed a couple possible crashes.

Re: eDRUMin 1.6.2 BETA
Very strange issue I have characterized on this build. On input 2 of ED10 I have a PDX-8 connected to a stereo connection. This pad is my small rack tom. I have hit, SS and RS midi notes set up. The SS is a midi note for a rack tambourine. I’ve noticed that, no change to my playing style, when I’m jamming on the rim for the tambourine I get an annoying Tom head hit about once a measure. When I turn off autoselect and focused just on the pad I couldn’t duplicate the problem. However, when I turn autoselect back on the problem reoccurs.
If I have autoselect off but a different pad selected (not the PdX-8) the problem persists.
When I have autoselect on I can play fast and hard (and sloppy) rim hits on the PDX-8 no issues. But once I start adding other pads then the problem occurs.
Best was to duplicate the issue. Play 16th notes with left hand on the PdX-8 rim. No issues. Add right hand on floor Tom 1 head for 32th notes. Immediately (regardless of autoselect) the PDX-8 rim starts missing SS and plays Hit instead.

Re: eDRUMin 1.6.2 BETA
I think I know what's causing that. I make a small adjustment in the next build.
Re: eDRUMin 1.6.2 BETA
Thanks for clarifying. I'd set it to 0.6 as I get no false triggering until 0.4 - snare is on a DW9000 so is pretty well isolated. I felt 0.6 would be enough headroom whilst retaining decent sensitivity to low velocity hits. I'll try adjusting it though and report back.
Here're my BT-1 settings (attached to snare rim)...
Drums/cymbals are ATV aDrum Artists btw. I should say that on the whole, the module is working superbly, I just need to find the time to work through these issue-ettes and I'd like to keep in step with the latest firmware as it evolves/irons out other minor bugs etc.
