MIDI Expression dead after firmware failure :(

Hi all,

I had my MIDI expression (single port) fail during a firmware update and now I can see the device won't power on at all (port has lights for power draw). Is there any fallback to reinstalling the firmware? Assuming not, but thought I'd ask before I order a replacement.
