Double trigger on floor tom

I searched and tried the different recommendations for double triggering, but no luck.
I have a 14" floor tom with a side mount jobeky trigger using 3ply real feel head. I adjusted the trigger height, played with scan, hold, threshold, etc. but keep getting double triggers. I'm thinking of trimming the cylindrical foam so it has less surface area.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for posting a screenshot. I can tell you're in desperation mode to resolve the issue. You've relaxed all the controls except for the one that's causing the issue (decay).
