The presets aren't automatically updated. The control application checks what version the preset was created with and compares that to the firmware version of the target device and updates the preset in memory before sensing it. The only way a preset will be permanently updated is if you 'overwrite' with a device running a newer firmware version.

Question; if another eDRUMin is connected to an ED10 USB HOST port is the USB HOST port xtalk setting used or the hosted eDRUMin pad’s xtalk used?

For example an ED4 has a kick pad that has xtalk set to 0, and ED10 USB host port xtalk is 13. If I hit a crash (on ED10) and kick (on ED4) is the xtalk at the kick 0 or 13?

Feature request: Add the ability to shut off incoming MIDI from a device connected on USB HOST port, but still transmit MIDI to the device. Maybe make the green light a toggle on/off, or whatever is convenient.

The reason is I have a MIDI device that does not have the ability to set it to receive USB midi only and not transmit USB MIDI. The only option is USB midi on or off, and not on receive only.

It uses the input's setting.

That's certainly doable.

Version 1.5.0 for iOS expires in 3 days. Is there going to be a 1.6 compatible version before then? Thanks!

I just looked and it's in the app store. Perhaps it takes a day or two to roll out globally.

Got it now, thanks. It just didn’t show in my list of available updates.
