Adapters are usually USB-C to HDMI, not the other way around.
One solution for using the iPad as the only monitor for the mini is to use Luna.

Other solution would be to setup an adhoc network on your Mini as default, and connect the iPad via VNC / Splashtop / Sidecar wirelessly (without using the local wifi network of the venue).

Re: eDrumIn20?
but that way, you can't control the Mini. If you need to start a VST, or change a setting in the Mini, you can't see what the Mini is doing.Rob wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 1:50 pmThat's correct. If I was going to be gigging with my eDRUMin, I would connect the eDRUMin to the iPad and then use the MIDI Out to connect to an audio interface connected to the Mac Mini.DamonDrummer wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 1:42 pmI’m assuming you connect the two eDrumIn modules via USB A to USB B of one module, and the remaining USB goes to the Mini?
That's why I suggested either Luna or adhoc network, so you have access to the Mini as a screen.

Possibly. I changed the nozzle on my printer the other day and my last print was not good. I need to dial it in again. Let me see what I can do this week.

Hi Mylo. Don’t worry about it. I looked into 3D printers and I am hooked. I will be buying one but still in review process. Any tips on buying one? What model do you have and how is it?
Re: eDrumIn20?
I have a Creality CR-10S Pro V2. It does a good job for me. It’s the only one I’ve ever owned so I have nothing to compare it to. I have a buddy that has a Tronxy X5SA that he really likes and prefers it over his CR-10S Pro V2. But the Tronxy is a kit and requires a little more assembly effort.

Sorry to necropost, but I love your setup! The little cymbal that you have as a splash, I assume, what is it? I never saw small e-cymbals before, I want one.
Here's a pic of my current setup: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xuDMdr ... p=drivesdk
...but as you see it's a mess, my area, as well as my lack of cable management. Also, I only have 5 cymbals and just 1 hi hat, so I'm obviously a poser lol.

Thanks for the kind words. That’s a nice rig you have. More pads equal more fun.vdrummerguy wrote: ↑Tue Oct 19, 2021 5:41 amSorry to necropost, but I love your setup! The little cymbal that you have as a splash, I assume, what is it? I never saw small e-cymbals before, I want one.

Yes. It is a 10” ATV splash cymbal.

Re: eDrumIn20?
Thanks! And thank you for the reply...your other cymbals must be a lot bigger than mine, as they make your 10" splash cymbal look so small. I have an old crappy CY-5 that used to be my hi hat repurposed as a crash now. It's a 10" as well, but looks bigger compared to my baby toy sized cymbals lol. I wish someone made like a 6" or 8" e-cymbal, I would buy that.
