Hmm. That looks like it would work for me, at least as a ride cymbal.
(My ride is mounted between the rack and the floor toms, slightly higher than my snare, and slightly angled towards me. It would be very hard for me to hit it on the side, plus I tend not to crash it anyway. Heading over to AliBaba now...)

Re: lemon cymbals
I have a question. I'm relatively new to electronic drum kits so apologies if it's a silly one.
I would like to get a Lemon 13" crash cymbal (two zone) and use it as a hi-hat cymbal with the e-drumin + hi-hat controller (also Lemon).
As far as I understand, the Lemon hi-hat controller is a copy of the VH-11 controller (so I expect it should work with the eDrumIn). Is that correct?
Also, is there any problem in using a "crash" e cymbal as a hi hat? (I noticed that the company selling the Lemon cymbals also sells a "hi hat cymbal" but it's just 12" and more expensive, even if it's also 2-zone).
Thank you!

Re: lemon cymbals
I can't be sure, but I assume the Lemon hihat is designed to mechanically fit the Lemon hihat controller and hihat clutch. I suspect that's the major difference.

Hi Rob,
but didn't you forget a tiny but important detail?
They made the rubber covering a bit higher right above the edge switch.
Of course, you need to target that area, but response should be better.
Anyway, I had a very fun and friendly conversation in the Alibaba chat with "Kenny Q" .
And I think, if you have any issues, just shoot him a message and he will help you.
Greetings
Manuel

Hi!
That's the way I would like to mount a 15" Lemon 3 zone cymbal - arriving tomorrow...
Maybe that YouTube Link helps.javiercarrillo wrote: ↑Tue Jul 20, 2021 9:19 pmI would like to get a Lemon 13" crash cymbal (two zone) and use it as a hi-hat cymbal with the e-drumin + hi-hat controller (also Lemon).

Re: lemon cymbals
Ohhh...
is it possible to get the 3rd zone triggered and controlled by the CC04?
I hope it's just a setting in SD3. I have no experience in setting up the Roland type rides.

Re: lemon cymbals
Manuel, how long did it take for the cymbals to get to you? I ordered mine on Wednesday (with help from Kenny!) however FedEx still shows they are waiting to receive the package while Kenny says they already gave it to them. Anyway, not a big deal (yet), since it's been just a week, but I was wondering what was your experience (I never bought from Alibaba). Thanks!mprinz wrote: ↑Wed Jul 21, 2021 5:57 amHi Rob,
