Hi guys,
I grabbed a used Behringer FCB1010 MIDI foot controller and actually - because the possibilities are endless -
I am not sure what to use it for.
I thought of switching FX in Superior Drummer 3 and control e.g. delays or sends with the expression pedals.
But then I have found a nice script to use it in Ableton Live for controlling the Looper and clips and scences.

And I could use it, to change the eDrumIn note banks.
Does anyone of you use this beautiful piece of gear, too?
If yes, how do you use it?
Greetings
Manuel

Re: Behringer FCB1010 MIDI foot controller usage
Hi Manuel,
I decided a while back that the FB10101 is the foot pedal I will be purchasing (used) at some point. I've read a fair amount of articles about it. Many people on the Cantabile forum use it - there is some good information about it there.
Guitar players using it to control VST amps and effects often upgrade the chip in it. I think it's so the foot switches can latch independently.
For control of the edrumin by itself I think a traditional momentary two button foot switch is all you need to change banks up and down.

Hi,
I think I will use it for all kind of stuff together, I have 10 banks of 10 presets.
I would like to use the MIDI PC messages to change the note assignments.
You know, the advertising for the MIDI products always say "endless possibilities" but, that's not good.
Anyway, thanks for your comment.
