Shipping to Russian Federation

I ve decided to order edrumin 10. Is it possible to use EMS shipping to Russia right now? Or FedEx is the only option? I had bad experience with them in the past, also with UPS and DHL... It's kinda risky. Can i get a refund if they fail to deliver?
