Thats exactly my story. Really!
4 days for thousands of miles and then ... at german customs: STOOOOP! Let's see ... hmmm.
3 Weeks later I got it. I should have paid 23,21 € but the DHL delivery wasn't able to
get this into her mobile scan sign printing device thing...
So I saved that money!

Thank you for this thread. It has been a week since the last status update of my delivery. One week just laying there in Frankfurt. This kind of retention is really annoying.

For the records: My ED10 took 3 weeks until delivery, of which it spent two weeks in Frankfurt at customs. I had to pay ~57€ total for Tax + DHL fee.

Why, there are guidelines for the customs fees and technical usb computer stuff should be 23,21€ . Die Schweine!

23€ That's for the eDrumin 4, for the edrumin10 I paid the same, around 57€...

I was delivered ed4 time ago without any custom fee, later then the ed10 with payment of fee needed.

But delivery in both cases was pretty fast.

But I do not care. It is finally here. Woooohoooo!

What this Schweine do seems totally random

More crazy is, my E10 was shipped on 17. February with EMS and was delivered today, after five days!!!
And yes, it was in Frankfurt but just for one day

Paid 54€ for customs
