It's late here in New Jersey but I can confirm that the hihat issue has been resolved.
Will spend some time tomorrow to try and break the other new features. :D

Downgrading was a good exercise for me - I feel like I'm fully up to speed on presets now :D

No luck. Everything works as expected. :D

Having a separate curve as an option has really made a difference in taming my CY-5 cymbal, and being able to scale down to 0.5 fixed the overly hot rim on my PDX-6. Hiding those options behind an Advanced tab was also a good call. Solid update.

The best chance for finding bugs it going to by loading presets, both ones save from version 1.3 and ones from 1.4. I spent the better half of a day trying to get that all to work properly, and I wouldn't be surprised if I missed something.

If everyone agrees that the way I've implemented things in the UI is okay, then I'll start work on updating the manual.

Hi Rob,

Just upgraded again to 1.4.0.3 and it still sees absolutely no motion from my hall effect sensor. I tried the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Power cycle E10
2. Load pedal preset saved from before upgrade
3. Try calibrate in both Standard and Advanced
4. Reboot computer
5. Unplug sensor TRS - plug back in

It just never sees a bit of motion - not even the tiniest bit

Downgrade again works fine.

What other info can I supply? - I have a voltmeter. Are there any kind of logs I can send?

Feature request - be able to save hi-hat pedal settings. I've been using a screen shot to recover those settings. Is there a way and I've just missed it?

As screenshot of your hihat settings would be helpful. Is your hall sensor externally powered?

Before an update all my banks are set to 1. After the update, input 1 on my hosted device is set to bank 3. This has happened updating from 2 to 3 and also from 3 to 4.

And definitely a low priority but when updating my hosted device over the host port the percentage count goes a lot slower and only makes it to 16% and then goes straight to finished.
