No change. Still doing it.

And randomly, at startup, it doesn’t even recognize my devices. I have to restart it.

Still no joy.

I rebooted the devices this time as all. I also tried with both directly plugged into the computer (no host port being used) and still no change. So it doesn’t appear to be a host port issue.

I'm pretty sure I know what's happening. The Control Application is dropping HID packets. With build 13 it doesn't recognize your devices at all?

The devices are there but it still doing what is in the video.

Build 7 UI works with firmware build 9.

Trying 14 now. Stay tuned.

No, build 14 still exhibits the same behavior as seen in the video.

Ok it is late here. I’ll have to pick it up tomorrow (or whenever you are ready).

Would a factory reset do anything?
