eDRUMin version 1.3.2 BETA
Re: eDRUMin version 1.3.2 BETA
It's possible that changing the pad type of input 10 might cause the device access input 11, which of course doesn't exist. I'll go over the code tomorrow and make sure I didn't miss anything.
Re: eDRUMin version 1.3.2 BETA
Exactly, input 10 causes the app on 1.3.2.9 to crash when trying to change pad type.Rob wrote:You're on version 1.3.2.9 and you've tried to do a 'factory reset' (reset the entire device), and input 10 still doesn't work? Is that correct?
Re: eDRUMin version 1.3.2 BETA
Downgraded to 3.2.5 and still the samelalo wrote:Exactly, input 10 causes the app on 1.3.2.9 to crash when trying to change pad type.Rob wrote:You're on version 1.3.2.9 and you've tried to do a 'factory reset' (reset the entire device), and input 10 still doesn't work? Is that correct?
Re: eDRUMin version 1.3.2 BETA
When you say "hard crash", you mean the hardware crashed or the control application crashed?monospace wrote:(Probably unrelated, but I've had multiple hard crashes too trying to switch pad settings on input 10 as well, when I added a PD-7. I was able to get around it by loading an unrelated preset, then switching from there.)
Re: eDRUMin version 1.3.2 BETA
I tried pretty hard this evening to get the software or hardware to crash by changing pad types, presets, input modes for input 10, all to no avail
Re: eDRUMin version 1.3.2 BETA
So I just got a new PDX-6, plugged it into input 10, tried to change pad type to mesh, and poof.
This time I got a crash report, see attached.
(By hard crash I meant the Control App crashed. The device is unaffected.)

Re: eDRUMin version 1.3.2 BETA
Yup, that seems that have fixed it. Switching pad types on input 10 no longer crashes the app. Thanks.Rob wrote:See if this takes care of the issue:

It’s fixed here too, no more app crashes on input 10, thanks!
