Pad to converters without preamp

Hi Rob,

Great product idea! I'm looking forward to testing it out after getting a kit together, but must first plan out the whole signal chain.

Have you tested DSP Trigger or heard of it working with pads plugged directly into dedicated A/D converters that do not have built-in preamps? Just wondering if the signal will be sufficiently loud to be processed by the software.

Ya, the signal will be sufficiently loud. In fact, you shouldn't be trying to put the signal through a premap.
