Jobeky Splitters
Re: Jobeky Splitters
If that is the order of how triggers are displayed in eDRUMin, yes.
Re: Jobeky Splitters
Might be a display bug related to multiple connected units. Can you test disconnecting all the units except for the one you're working on, then close and reopen the control application and see if the issue persists?
Re: Jobeky Splitters
I don't think it's a display bug because I set the two triggers to different sounds and both produce bass drum in SD3. I've had the same behaviour from every single splitter other than the one in the second video.
I've restarted, closed the application and so on.

Re: Jobeky Splitters
Then I'll leave you to it.
Re: Jobeky Splitters
So you think the splitter is combining both triggers to tip?
Re: Jobeky Splitters
Got a multimeter?
Re: Jobeky Splitters
Well do a continuity test.
Plug two TRS cables into the mono ends of the splitter. Use your multimeter to make sure that the tip of one of the TRS cables only connects to the tip of the splitter, and the tip from the other TSR goes only to the ring. Probably also make sure that all the sleeves connect as well.

Re: Jobeky Splitters
I have little experience using the multi-meter but think I have set it correctly.
If I probe the two black ends on the left hand side the multimeter beeps. It appears both tip ends are connected after all.

Re: Jobeky Splitters
The problem is that on the split ends, sleeve, ring and tip should not make a circuit. I know this because that is the difference between the five from Jobeky and the one working one.
The good one works like this:
Splitter jack
T/R/S
.
.
Ring/Tip Tip/Tip
(Black) (Red)
I'd say the Jobeky ones are headphone splitters. TESTED AND CONFIRMED.
Meaning:
Splitter jack
TRS
.
.
TRS TRS
(White) (Red)
