That is a fine little cool device yeah, the thing is I’m using a throne thumper which is connected to the L output of my interface so I don’t have any stereo output left to feed the mixer, would need to buy a 4 outs audio interface so I can get the master L/R ou and the throne thumper.

Here's a picture of the setup next to my kit. From right to left: a 4 channel stereo mixer (with the above mentioned inputs), going into a 4 channel headphone amp, with outputs from that going into my headphones, my iPhone (for video recording), and one into the device on the left, a mono subwoofer amp that feeds my Buttkicker bass shaker.
Each of these devices is roughly $30-40 bucks on Amazon. Very flexible and cost-effective.

(My computer sits in a rack 10 feet away, with a Tascam US16x08 audio/midi interface, running SD3 as well as Logic Pro for recording guitars, vocals, bass, keys etc.)

Nice setup, 2 questions though: I was told not to use a headphone out to feed the amp of a throne thumper because it expects a line level not a phone level so how do you feel it?
And secondly, do you use the iphone to record audio and video simultaneously or just audio? I record video and audio simultaneously with the stock video app or the youtube app but I need to use the audio interface in OS mode.

I'm using a signal from the headphone amp (the Behringer in the center) to go into the Fosi subwoofer amp and it works great, no issues. You set the switch on it to "Sub" mode, and then use the frequency dial in conjunction with the big volume knob to control the response on the bass shaker. I personally like the effect to be subtle, like what you would feel from a kick drum on a wooden floor, but you could dial it in to shake you off your throne if you wanted to. Absolutely no issues and I highly recommend the Fosi.

For video, I use a Zoom H1(N) handheld recorder as a stereo audio interface for the iPhone. You need the Apple USB Camera Connection adapter to connect it to your phone (here's how to do it) but with an external battery you can record gigs in stereo, or by using the stereo Line In, record audio straight from your audio interface (via that headphone amp) in sync with the video.

These are are all budget solutions. I like having all these little devices that I can plug and unplug and put into service as needed.

Here's a picture of the video rig.
Up top, a Zoom H1 recorder, which has built-in stereo mics, and can also take a stereo line-in from the soundboard. It has a headphone out for live monitoring. It's connected to an iPhone 7 using the Apple USB camera kit. An external battery pack (Staples) at bottom powers both. I'm using Olloclip lenses for optional wide-angle views.

right, cool setup, I just recorded audio and video directly with the iphone, using the USB camera adapter, the new one with lightning charging port, feeding the audio from my mac through the headphone jack with a Y-cable to the L/R Inputs of my audio interface in OS mode and it worked perfectly, I don't need another audio recorder like the zoom, the iphone works just fine.

I put this together last year to be able to record video on the go with stereo audio which iPhone doesn't natively do. I only realized after the fact I could use the Line In to record in stereo from other sources as well.
