My dual latching pedal is working, but the UI is a mess. Something is not right there. Thanks.

FWIW, it's a brand new pedal and it works fine on my guitar amp (Roland AC-60, lets you use the switch to control stuff like turn on Chorus/Reverb, Mute/Feedback Control etc.)

I am using build 11.

As a work around, disable pedal sensing, wait for the 5 seconds for the setting to save, and then power cycle the unit.

Hmm. Following those steps, and then using the same setup as the screenshot above, the left switch does nothing. The right switch changes the bank on input 3, not 5, but only after stepping on it twice. Input 5 never gets the bank switch at all.

UPDATE: I forgot to set it to "latch". It now switches on 1 click. Still no response from the left switch though.

UPDATE #2: used a fresh cable, power cycled again, but now I get action from the left switch only. However, this time it changes banks on both input 3 and input 5.

Gonna leave this alone for now.

Yes on the TRS cable.

Really appreciate all the work you're doing.

I just posted build 12. It'll fix most of the issues you are seeing, but I can't seem to reproduce one switch not working. After updating, can you reset the input with your footswitch and see if that takes care of things?

Build 12, this is what I see (after resetting the input and power cycling). For clarity's sake, this is what I'm trying to do: use the left switch to toggle my racktom pad between banks 1 & 2, to trigger either a high or a low racktom in SD3; and use the right switch to toggle my CY-5 to switch between banks 1 & 2 to change between a splash and a china in SD3. So the inputs that I want to change banks on are fixed.

On the UI, the response is in reverse. When I hit the left switch, the right button on the screen responds, and vice versa. The numerical response is good though: toggles between 1 & 2 reliably. That's probably just a UI mismatch.

When I hit the left switch, both the tom and the cymbal banks toggle. I want this to only change the bank for the tom input.

When I hit the right switch, only the tom bank changes. I want this switch to only change the bank for the cymbal input.

Again, this is using a fresh cable, double checked it's inserted fully.

Okay. I'll try to reproduce the issue again. As for the buttons not corresponding with the UI buttons, that's just how your particular footswitch is wired. There's no standard in that regard. Maybe a 'swap' button can be added in the future.
