Hard to imagine two faulty inputs. Can you plug the hihat back into the first input and send me a screenshot of the pedal editor.

So first off, I can see that the input detects a pedal, so we're probably okay electrically. I also see that huge chunk of blue. That indicates that the calibration is not okay. Can you please try calibrating again. And if the pedal still doesn't move during calibration, please use the mouse to drag the green bar to both ends.

After you adjust the calibration, can you set the pedal type to 'expression pedal' and see if you get any movement then?

yes, it works now, I re learned the notes in BFD3, now just need to fine tune the splashes. Thanks!
