Hi,
I have a few stereo cymbals here. I am going with EZDrummer2, which only provides one sample for each cymbal.
Further I splitted some tom inputs.
I am wondering if I could just bridge the tip and ring coming from the cymbal and connect it to the rom rim input, to have a trigger at both cymbal zones.
Edited an 11.04.2020:
Awwww.... No, that's of course not possible. Because its a piezo/switch cymbal.
Thats why I'm editing this post.
Is there any passive circuit for it, when hitting the egde switch, getting a scaled piezo output to the tip?
Thanks for a short command!

piezo/switch cymbal on mono input
Re: piezo/switch cymbal on mono input
Can't you just assign a different note for the edge of the pad so that it triggers a different kit piece in EZD?

Hey Rob,
in EZDrummer2 I have the Crash and the Mute Hit. No separation between bow and edge. I remapped the edge and bow trigger to the of the Millenium kit to the same voice.
Greetings
