Licensed dspTrigger stopped working.

Hello,
I was using dspTrigger in demo mode and it seemed to be working with Reaper & Superior Drummer 2 on my MacBook pro through an audiofire2 external sound card.

Bought the licence and, er, now it doesn't.

I rebooted everything but when I strike the drum I now just get a dull, quiet thud through the sound card but no sample triggered and SD doesn't register the strike. If I click SD drums directly the sample plays fine. Seems the link between the two has gone, yet it worked out of the box before I registered. Reaper & dspTrigger are both showing the strikes across all the obvious indicators (VU and graphs), so I'm sure it's something I've messed up linking the two bits of software (dspT + SD) together through Reaper, but I can't for the love of god see what.

Anything obvious you could point me to please?

Think I might have solved it - I had calibrate on, though I'm SURE that played a sample last time, noting that when I say SURE I of course have no idea...

First, I'd like to say sorry that you're having troubles. If you are hearing a thud, that typically means that the 'input' section is off.

When you hit your pad, is the pad on the DSP Trigger interface lighting up?

Seems like you're making some progress. You shouldn't leave calibrate on, even though it will work with it on to some extent. Take a quick look at one of the videos regarding calibrating.

thanks your your quick response. Now I've got at least some triggering the rest is almost certainly my configuration so i shall spend some time with it today and see how I do.

Had you saved a project with the calibrate on? I think you may have stumbled on a bug.
