single trig with a simple pedal switch ( FC5)

hello,
I just want to trig a MIDI value 127 in CC1 and channel 1 while pedal is pressed in MaxMSP, and want to take good mechanicals and silent pedals like Yamaha FC5 with just an usb entry…
I see lot of things which are more complicated in the forum and also problems with a simple foot switch.
Can you answer me if this very simple thing is possible with the audio front MIDI Expression before I buy they.
