2box Drumit 5 mk1 (Orange module)

Hi everyone

New user here..

I recived my edrumin module today..must say Im really impressed. Great triggering in Sd drummer 3.In fact alot better than both my old 2box and my Roland module..
Im wondering if any of you are using it togheter with the 2box mk1 module? Cant seem to get the hihat working deasent
Im using an Roland FD9 hihat pedal and Cy5 cymbal connected to the edrumin - is it even possible to get this to work via midi to the 2box?

It may require some special treatment, but should work fine. What kind of problems are you seeing?

I remember reading on the vdrums forum that the HH performance was the weakest link for the 2Box.

So, YMMV.

Im only getting full closed hh, and foot with the hihat right now.

I think they define two midi notes for the hi-hat. One when it's variably open, and another one for when it's fully closed. This means that you'll have to use hi-hat levels mode. I think eDRUMin includes a map for 2Box modules, so it should all work.
