Error opening the Control Application?

Hi

I've recently been experiencing strange behavior when opening mine Control Application.
When I open the app, not all parameters appear and the inputs are no longer occupied, see Figure 1.Only when I move the image a little with the left mouse button does everything appear as desired. What could that be?

If you make the UI a bit smaller so that it's a bit smaller than your physical display, does the problem go away?
