I suspect you have some bad cables.

Well, those certainly look they are probably not the issue. It might have to do with how you are connecting and disconnecting your pads. If you are leaving the cables plugged in while swapping cymbals, that might confuse the eDRUMin's switch detection. Build 35 a has an extra tweak to recover from that sort of situation, so if the issue happens again, you might give that a go.

I would still not rule out a bad cable.

98% of all my woes have been a bad cable, whether it is an input cable, a MIDI cable, etc.... It can be intermittent. Sometimes, angled just right, the connection is good, but turn it around in the jack and suddenly, trouble.

I doubt it is a bad input jack in the eDRUMin.

Thanks. I was swapping cymbals with the cables plugged in. Maybe it was that.

1. Switched to my lemon 3-zone ride (using a cable splitter so I can connect it to one jack on the ED10.
Is there any specific cable splitter to make 3-zone cymbal work or you made it from scratch? Would you recommend this way? I don't want to take two entries of ED10 just for bell sound.

Here’s what I used. It’s been awhile since I used it, but I don’t specifically remember having any issues.

Thanks for the response! So you can confirm that with this splitter you haven't issues with Lemon 3 zones cymbal and ED10? Because on this forum it's almost like an statement that Lemon cymbals won't work at all, only Roland's.

Well…I think so, but again, it’s been a long time so I could be remembering wrong.

If they work with Roland modules, they should also work with the eDRUMin. Just select a Roland preset from the menu.
