It is? A parameter to adjust the length of notes? Can you send me a link to a manual that references it?

I see. Thanks. I suppose it could also be useful if you are triggering a non-drum based instrument. I'll think about it

Okay. You can have your note length control. It will be buried a bit in the UI, but I think I can make it work. What do you think of Roland's time range?

I changed it to the max 8 secs, and choke worked in Ableton. I didn't experiment with other values. I think it'll be a cool enhancement and help others. Thanks for thinking about it.

Worked like a charm, Rob! I only had to set the time to 3 seconds for the choke to work in Ableton. Thank you very much. I hope others find this useful, too. I'll spread the word on the edrums subreddit.
