note Banks

Hi there, in my Software I don't see the option to have multiple note banks regardless what trigger oder presets I use. However this feature is shown in multiple videos and descriptions. What am I missing? Help would be much appreciated!

Note banks are only available when you have the input set to use 'custom notes' and 'advanced' mode is enabled.
