Hi, does DSP Trigger work with a non-mesh trigger such as Roland PD-8? I intend to mostly use it as a snare.

It should. Assuming you have the pad already, you can try it out without purchasing.

Thanks, I haven’t ordered it yet. Does that apply to positional sensing too, or does positional sensing only work with mesh pads?

Positional sensing only works with mesh pads.

Thanks, and I assume the mesh pad has to be built with positional sensing in mind, in order for it to work with positional sensing in DSP Trigger? I saw that, for example, PRX-8 does not have positional sensing.
