Preferred max USB cable lenght

Hi, I'm wondering what max length my USB cable preferably has to prevent added latency?

And congrats with the eDrumin8 release (great addition) and new stock relatively soon!

Considering that electrical signals travel near the speed of light, the length of your cable doesn't really affect latency. However the signal can degrade over distance. I'd say about 7m would be max, but this is not something I've tested.
