Compatibility Issue with Roland CY-13R

Hello,
I have a Roland CY-13R Plugged in as Roland 3-Zone Cymbal. Both with TRS-cables. The Bell channel indicates a red exclamation mark with Compatibility issue. I have to plug out both cables from the cymbal and replug them in. Then it is working...
What can I do, that the cymbal is working after power up? The edrumin is built in in a big custom case...

I'm not Rob but maybe you could try what was suggested in this thread and follow the recommendations how to plug in the cables:

I have occasionally seen false positives pop up. I'll investigate. As a workaround you can disable to compatibility check.
