I have ordered the eDRUMin 10 in april this year.
It is now in the Netherlands, customs are paid but the package is “lost”. I have contacted the shipping company in the Netherlands and they told me i need to contact you so you can let a research start.
I have sent you 2 mails but get no reply. How can we handle this!

I cross referenced your email address registered to your account, but the email address doesn't match any purchases, so I'm unable to verify if you sent me an email or not. I looked in my spam folder and didn't see anything either. Perhaps try sending me another email or a private message and provide me with your real name so I can find your order.

I was in the exact same situation. Ordered the ED10 in April and didn't receive it until 2 days ago. The problem is PostNL. What's the status on track/trace?

The track and trace says it will be delivered on the 25th of may but PostNL started a research and yesterday they confirmed the package is lost.
I don't think i will receive it anymore since they told me they cannot track the parcel anymore

The Dutch postal service has t completed the investigation yet. I will keep you posted via email.
