Bell Sense for Lemon 3-zone Cymbals

Post by subnet »

Is there any plans in the works for making bell sense work with lemon 3 zone cymbals?

I have an 18" lemon ride. I can't remember for sure, but I don't think it looked feasible. Also, bell triggering on my Lemon was already very reliable, so I wasn't convinced bell sense would provide a better experience. I'll take another look to see if it's feasible, but I suspect it's not.

It's probably doable. I have some other stuff on the go right now, but will eventually play around with it.

I worked on this yesterday, but I can't get it reliable enough. There's just not enough mass / dampening to the cymbal and so it vibrates in unpredictable ways.

Darn I wish that wasn't the case. Thank you for giving it a shot Rob.
