Ableton 8 Crash, Mac 10.8.5 Mountain Lion

I have tried tried downloading the current DSP Trigger VST. It crashes Ableton 8 every time I open. Is there a reason for this? I am running a Mac 4,1. 10.8.5 with current version of DSP.

No luck guys when I open the vst with ableton 8 32 bit. On 10.8.5 it crashes ableton. I want to use this vst with my acoustic kit to trigger audio samples I have made via midi event within ableton.

Can you confirm you are using version 1.6.0.9? I tried here using the 64bit version of Live and it ran fine. I'll see if I can get the 32 bit version installed and give it another go.
