Missing kick hits

I'm using a roland KD-A22 kick converter on a 22" bass drum, I'm getting a lot of missing kick hits specially when playing the hihat bark and when closing it at the same time than the kick, I've tried changing the pad type and resetting the input but still the same, attached a video showing the missing kicks on the "1"s on bars 4, 7 and 12 for instance (on bar 14 and 17 it registers the second 8th note) and my current input settings. Using the latest beta 1.3.2.5 on a edrumin10.

That video isn't terribly useful. Can you see if increasing the thresh control helps? Perhaps as much as double the noise floor. If that doesn't help, contact me via tech support and we'll try to figure out what's going on by taking a look at some data from you pad.

This has been resolved. The customer had his hihat gain set far too high, thus applying too much crosstalk cancellation to the kick.

Indeed, xtalk had to do with this as well, had it at 15 for the hihat and decreased to 10 and it’s much better now
