I just received my eDrumin 4. It is not recognized by the software when I plug direct to USB port. If I plug the 4 to the 10 the software recognizes it and it works but, it says no firmware found.
I have re-installed the software and checked the cables.
Here is a video to what I am seeing on the control software with the 4 connected to the ten.

Install version 2.0.2 from the downloads.
