Charged twice for edrumin10 - no confirmation email

I apologize for posting this here, but I’m honestly not sure where else I could address it.

I tried to order an edrumin10. My bank account was charged twice by PayPal for the full amount and I haven’t received any kind of order confirmation email. I tried submitting a support request through the website, but it said I needed an order confirmation number which I don’t have. Not sure what to do here. Thanks.

I got the eDrumin10 today. Was shipped on March 15th.

Pretty damn good shipped from taiwan to the US !!
