User preset not showing

Latest software/firmaware, did same thing with older versions, win10 computer. When i save preset it show bottom of screen that is was saved.
In ../appdata/roaming it shows user folder and there is .epd file, but it wont show in preset manager (user 0).

It must be windows..?

You probably have pad type or brand filters selected (left side of the preset manager).

You mean first click "user" and then select pad/cymbal and click "new preset"..?

No luck with that filtering, user presets dont show.. i tried device snapshot and it wont show, there is no filters in that.

All else is working good, settings are stored in edrumins but this has some wierd stuff happening..!

Sorry for late answer.. I tried change pc language, time format and many more what i could think.. Next i try only with one eDRUMin.

The issue is almost certainly the irregular characters in user folder path.

I think so also..

My laptop has finnish language, "käyttäjä" is user in english..

Finnish words have this ä and ö letters, not the first time relevant like this happens, i will try again with PC OS language change..

There might be something I can do on my end, but testing any potential fix would not be easy.
