Downloaded latest ED software today for Win 10 (1.5.0.19) and installed. I started installation as non-admin user, but entered admin credentials when prompted by the Windows UAC. Installation seemed to succeed without errors. After installation the app connects fine to my ED10R2 and displays the red "firmware update" exclamation mark. However, when I attempt to update, an error is immediately display: "no firmware file". What could be the issue, please?
My device is currently on 1.4.0.39.

"No firmware file" error on firmware update
Re: "No firmware file" error on firmware update
The firmware files are being installed in administrator account's user folder, and is not accessible from your non-admin account. I guess I'll need to change that so that the firmware files are stored elsewhere.
For now, I would just login with your administrator account and update from there.

Re: "No firmware file" error on firmware update
I stand correctly. Firmware is installed in the same folder as the executable. Not important--this issue is fixed in the next version.
