Hihat controller not working

Hey,
I got a hihat from Millenium MPS-750x and somehow the controller doesn't work at all.
It doesnt get recognized by the pedal editor and it doesn't send any MIDI note.
Anybody else got that problem?

Can you unplug the controller, reset the pedal input, plug it back in and then send me a screenshot?

Sorry, you didn't reset the input. If you had, SENSE would be on.

And you get nothing like that? How about if you calibrate?

no, It stays like that and doesn't register any pedal movement. Also when I release the pedal a Hihat note displays.

I know that hihat controller has an optical sensor, but I'm not entirely sure how it's wired. It almost certainly needs power, so you should leave it set up as an expression pedal.

Can you click the polarity control (the one that says AUTO) and try it set to 'Roland' and try to calibrate again. If that doesn't work, try the polarity set to 'Yamah'

still no movement on the pedal, just a hihat note because of the impact on hihat I think. Do you think I should get a VH-10?

The VH-10 is a great hihat and because I have one myself, I can assure that it's well supported.

I can't find much information about millenium hihat controller unfortunately.
