Hi Hat xtalk and other notes

I am having an issue with my Lemon 14" hi hat into SD3.

When playing, especially fast. When releasing the hi hat pedal I get a cowbell sound.

Now I have the cowbell set in two places, on the 2nd (rim) zone of my hi rack tom, and on a pad on an Alesis Sample Pad pro.

I have messed with the xtalk for 0-100 o the tom, even changed it to a midi note that isn't mapped, and I seem to get it even when I turn off the Sample Pad, (The other place I have it triggering in SD3, I am not using sounds on the Sample Pad, just midi)

The Sample Pad is not on in this recorded example.

You can also hear the issue I am still having with the ride getting triggered as well.
Everything else is working, I can't figure out these two issues!

I haven't really read your post all the way through but the first thing that comes to mind is hihat splash, maybe your hihat splash nite is the same as your cowbell.

Also you can use the midi monitor to track down the source.
