Edrum's not appearing in eDrum Control:

Hi,

Three eDrum 10s connected to a Windows PC as follows:

EDrumin 1 directed plugged into PC
EDrumin 2 directed plugged into PC
EDrumin 3 plugged into EDrumin 2 as a slave unit

When restarting the PC, sometimes only one EDrumin appears in the control panel, other times (very rarely) all three appear. Power cycling the EDrum's sometimes gets all three units to appear, other times not.

When this problem occurs the MIDI ports assigned to the different EDrums change such that MIDI notes get mapped to the wrong VST.

Any ideas? This problem just started occurring. Not sure what is causing it. No changes to the PC to my knowledge.

Can you go to the firmware update section of the control application and change the colors of two of the devices so that they are each a different color. The will force Windows to use a seperate driver for each device and prevent Windows from accidently getting two devices mixed up.

Thanks Rob. I'm using the latest firmware; downloaded and installed yesterday hoping that would fix the problem.
