Preferred connection to computer

Post by N2theSon »

When using in conjunction with a module, is there benefit of one connection method below over the other?

eDrumming midi out --> module midi in --> module USB midi out --> computer

eDruming and module both USB midi out --> computer

Sorry for lack of detail. I will be using an ED4. BTW...it is wonderful to see a developer so involved in a forum.

For an eDRUMin 4, I would just connect each device to your computer with the USB connection. Most drumming applications will allow you to select more than one USB MIDI device as MDII input.

Hi

I have same question, but I have a drumlin 10 and a drumlin 4. Is it still the same answer.

Best regards

You should probably connect the ED4 to the Host port of the ED10 and connect the ED10 to your computer.
