Preset for Lemon crash request

Hello,

Adding to the requests for bell sense on Lemon rides, what would be the best setting for a Lemon crash? Most cymbal presets work well for the edge, but I am finding that accurate/realistic cymbal swells are very hard to accomplish. Are there any recommendations?

Thanks for your quick reply! Yes, I have played with the velocity curve. I tried this on both the eDRUMin settings and also turned it off and tried it on Superior Drummer. I can somewhat get a better response while playing with the curve, but I find that swells are still not responding accurately.

To be precise, when I do a swell, it starts really well when I do very soft swell hits, but as soon as they intensify a little bit into medium swell hits I get hard crash responses. I would really like these medium swell hits to not be hard crashes. I could definitely be doing something wrong. Would you recommend a specific pad setting or curve setting? I have played with lots of settings and presets and even made my own trying to achieve this, but nothing is as accurate as I am sure it can be. Or maybe it is just a Lemon cymbal build issue?

Hi Rob (or anyone), just hoping you can still help me with this? I have tried new variations and I still get the same problem.
Then, I also connected the Lemon cymbal to the Alesis module, and the swells work fine.

I really appreciate your time helping me and others.

On a side note: I have also been pondering about the following: Setting up a whole new configuration, where the Alesis module controls all the cymbals and the snare, and the eDRUMin controls all the drums/shells. I am planning to move house soon. I might give that a try when that happens.
