more than 4 usb devices

I currently have the following I need to connect to my pad

2x ed10
1x ed4
2x kat midi pads (KTMP1)
1x Alesis (SDMP1)

Is there a way I can cheat the system here?

Just connect the two ED10s separately.

I was looking for a thread with a similar topic to post this question. This one seemed to be the closest. Is there any chance that the software could handel more than 4 edrumin 4s? Is this a limitation of something in the software or just how it was setup? It would be nice if it could handel 6 or 8 edrumin 4s simultaneously.
